Plum Carpet was a startup reimagining the flooring industry by making it possible to shop for and purchase installed flooring entirely online. I developed a flexible e-commerce marketing system built around the customer journey—strengthening connection, communicating key brand pillars and simplifying a traditionally complex purchase. Modular, customizable components gave the startup team the freedom to quickly build, adapt and launch as the brand evolved.
